Having your installation or systems serviced can help to prevent costly down time to you and your business. We offer all our customers a breakdown service, where a qualified engineer will be co-ordinated to attend site as soon as possible to investigate and rectify the issue and get you back to normal operational service. Our supply chain is far reaching, meaning non-vehicle stocked items are easily accessible via our nationwide suppliers of which we have long standing relationships and best trade prices in the market.
Refurbishment works including electrical re-wires
Carrying out a refurbishment can make all the difference to a premises attraction to customers, users and staff. We will assess the current installation and utilise any existing services we can to help keep costs as low as possible whilst ensuring the electrical installation is safe, energy efficient and suitable for its intended use. Project managers are happy to provide you with help and advice when you are considering undertaking such works. All projects are inspected, tested and customers issued with NIC EIC certification. We understand and appreciate the impact construction work has on our clients sites so have robust processes and procedures in place to ensure projects are delivered safely, in a timely manner and minimise disruption as far as possible.
Electrical condition reports
All electrical installations should be periodically inspected and tested to ensure that they are safe and fit for continued service. Project managers can offer customers advice on their duties under the Electricity at Work Regulations with regards to their electrical installations. We offer a professional service with efficient and safe working practices and procedures in place to ensure that our team and site occupants do not come to harm from our work. Experienced and qualified to the latest BS 7671 wiring regulations, the installation will be thoroughly assessed and a clear and concise condition report issued.
24-hour emergency call-out service
Exclusive to existing customers, we are able to provide emergency assistance when you need it most. We have a strong capability to deal with all types of emergency situations from small breakdowns to larger emergencies, often with significant impact on a business or operation of a service to make safe or carry out the necessary repairs or installation works to get the electrical system back online. Customers are advised to contact the Project Managers during times out of normal working hours who will be able to co-ordinate the right assistance.
